From Cascade, Idaho I go direct Gooding Airport, Burley VOR, Malad City VOR, Logan VOR, Heber City Airport, Price Airport(good fuel stop), Moab VOR, Dove Creek VOR, Cortez VOR, Rattlesnake VOR, etc. This stays just clear of Salt Lake class B on the east side, but is inside the 30 mile Mode-C ring. I never had to go high enough to need Oxygen, maybe up to 11500. Some folks go around SLC on the west side, but I haven't yet.
